About Mridul
UX Designer with 10+ years’ experience in research-driven, scalable, AI-driven enterprise solutions. Published author with patents, delivering high-impact design across complex domains.
I’m a UX & Product Designer with an M.Des from IIT Bombay and 10+ years of experience designing complex, large-scale digital products. My work spans design research, product and systems design, enterprise platforms, and AI-driven experiences, always grounded in usability, accessibility, and real business impact.
Currently, I work at Target, where I own design for internal Promo and Clearance platforms used at scale by Business and Operations teams. I collaborate closely with product, engineering, strategy, and ops partners to simplify complex workflows and deliver scalable, high-impact solutions across the full product lifecycle.
Previously, I was a UX Lead at Adobe Experience Cloud, supporting pre-sales teams by shaping compelling experience journeys for enterprise customers across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
My strengths include qualitative and quantitative user research, usability testing, accessibility, interaction design, prototyping, and systems thinking. I’ve published HCI research papers at international conferences, hold multiple granted patents, and have received a Best Paper Award for work focused on accessibility and security for blind smartphone users.
I’m passionate about building thoughtful, user-centric products that balance human needs, business goals, and technical constraints, especially in complex enterprise and platform ecosystems.
